This has to be one of my favourite salads! It has all the good greens you need for the day, and it's super easy to make. I find serving this salad with some grilled chicken makes it a perfect light meal.
So! Here's how to make it:
Cut one whole cucumber and two avocados into cubes. Mix it with some fine cut garlic, olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, and natural Greek yoghurt. Add some salt and pepper to suit your taste, and that is it! Simple and delicious.

Having landed from the Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok, I have booked myself into the W Hotel in Bangkok, which at the time was a pretty new hotel in the area. The location itself was not too far away from the main city strips and attractions, and was easily reachable by the Skytrain which can take you from one side of the city to the other.
